- Coverage
- The Company will make deliveries in the areas enabled on our platform and within the United States.
- Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may have extended delivery times or additional costs.
- The client will be able to verify coverage by entering their address on the platform.
- Delivery Times
- Standard shipments will be delivered between 1 to 5 business days, depending on the city and the logistics of the third-party operator.
- Express or scheduled shipping available depending on region.
- The times start counting from the moment the payment is confirmed.
- During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Hot Sale) times may be extended due to delivery demand.
- Shipping Costs
- The cost is calculated according to:
- City or delivery area
- Order weight/volume
- Free shipping from a minimum purchase amount of $150.00
- Special promotions may temporarily modify these values.
- Confirmation and Tracking
- Once the order is processed, it will be sent to the customer
- Order confirmation
- Guide number
- Link to track shipment in real time
- The client must check that the delivery data is correct.
- Delivery Attempts
- The carrier will make up to two delivery attempts
- If it is not possible to deliver:
- The order will be returned to the distribution center
- The customer will be contacted to reschedule (May include new shipping cost)
- Order Reception
- The customer must check the package upon receiving it.
- If the package is damaged, you must immediately report it to the deliverer or reject it.
- Any internal product news must be reported within a maximum of 24-48 hours.
- Deliveries to Third Parties
- The customer can authorize another person to receive the order.
- The third party must present a document to validate identity.
- Exchanges and Returns
- Exchanges or returns will only be accepted for:
- Wrong product
- Damaged or incomplete product
- Returns due to withdrawal have a period of 24-48 hours.
- Delivery Delays
- The Company will notify the customer in case of delays in the delivery of the purchase by:
- Climate
- Mobility restrictions
- High flow season
- If the delay exceeds a reasonable time, the customer may request a shipping refund.
- Incorrect Information
- If the address is incomplete or wrong:
- The process will be suspended
- The Company will contact the client
- Delivery time may be extended.
